This pattern contains a graph chart/ pixel grid to create a crochet version of the Barbie x Hot Wheels version of the Barbie Extra Car! This pattern includes the PDF CHART ONLY, it DOES NOT contain written instructions. This is an unofficial pattern in no way affiliated with Mattel.

I used this graph chart to make a Barbie car shaped cushion but you could use it to make a tote bag, put it on clothing, make a wall hanging or anything else you would like!

If you want to make a car shaped item:
Create the large increases at the ends of rows by chaining as many stitches as you need at the end of that row AND chain any additional extra increases for the row above AND 1 turning chain. Then turn your work and single crochet back down the chains and single crochet stitches as normal when following a chart. When working back down the chains make sure you go through two loops like you would for a regular single crochet.

(To create a cushion: make a plain coloured back panel using the same method you used for the front, then seam the panels together and stuff the cushion as you sew it up.)

The yarns I used to complete this car are Stylecraft Special DK yarns in the colours: raspberry, fondant, candyfloss, royal, aspen and lavender. For the white parts I used James C Brett Twinkle yarn in the colour white. I used a 3.5mm hook to complete my cushion. Feel free to use any hook and yarn size you like!
