This Hoya Kerrii (also known as the Hoya Heart succulent) is an adorable little plant that makes a perfect gift for your favorite plant lover! Also great for those who have a hard time keeping plants alive! ;) It works up quickly and is a perfect beginner amigurumi pattern! Customize it with any all sorts of different colored pots.
