Description
I designed this pattern after a late winter snow was followed by an ice storm. Tiny ice pellets covered the ground and capped over the deep snow. When my kids walked over the ice, it crunched and broke through to the soft powdery snow below, leaving hollow holes on the surface. The contrasts of hard and soft, multiple icy textures and footprint motifs gave me the inspiration for this hat.
