The 90s are back babes, and not only is it trendier than ever but you get to make it with your own hands! Named after the iconic movie starring Hilary Duff, Kelly is both versatile in styling- dressed up with heels or down with a t shirt- and simple in construction. A repetition of half double crochet gives the skirt enough flexibility for your comfort yet also provides some "stiffness" to maintain its shape, and with the right color way it might even come out with a "camo" pattern for maximum Y2K edge.

This pattern is entirely based on your measurements and will not include a gauge, a required hook/yarn size combo, and/or any hard numbers so that way you can make your skirt in ANY size you desire. I will be including my own measurements and numbers as a reference. A "try it on as you go" style pattern, you'll start off with the waistband, build your skirt from there, and then make the details (pockets, pocket flaps, garters, belt loops) separately. and finally sew said details on to the skirt.

Basic sewing knowledge is necessary for this pattern.
