Description

Here I've made a fun pattern for a kelpie. This kelpie is far more cutesy in design than in the stories - supposedly this shapeshifting water horse drowns and feasts on humans! Don't worry, though, this cute little guy won't hurt you.

This is an intermediate pattern, it involves quite a bit of sewing, and the legs can be kinda fiddly. You'll also be joining pieces of yarn to the head and neck to create that long, flowing hair.
