This purse easily attaches to your keychain with a button. The button attachment is very secure. I made myself one a couple months ago, and I have been using it daily. I have had no issues with either button clasp coming unattached It is ideal for running errands as it can fit a credit card, cash, and various other small items. This pattern includes both step-by-step written instructions of the stitches used and photos to assist with various steps in the pattern. This pattern is fairly easy, and I tried to write it in a beginner friendly manner.

Supplies needed:
-Approx. 40-50 yds of size 5 bulky weight yarn (I used 1 skein of Romantique by YarnBee in the color Sage Grey, but any size 5 bulky weight yarn should work)
-A small amount of embroidery floss in a color that matches your chosen yarn (I used DMC 6 strand embroidery floss - color 927)
-6mm crochet hook (or size needed to obtain gauge)
-2 buttons (1 measuring 20mm in diameter and 1 measuring 15mm in diameter)
- scissors, yarn needle, and sewing needle

Gauge:
When the base of the purse is completed and flattened, rounds 1-9 should measure approximately 3" tall by 5" wide
