Description
This pattern is worked bottom up in a round starting off by completing 1 x 1 ribbing for the waist, then part in stockinette until it's separated into front and back, seamed at shoulder parts and lastly, finished off by completing armholes and collar.
Pattern is written for sizes XS (S) M (L) XL and instructions for number of rows and stitches are written in this same exact order. Aa an example, Co 112 (120) 130 (140) 150 means you will cast on 112 for size XS, 120 for size S, etc.
If pattern instructions have only one stitch, as an example K2, Ssk, K3 (3) 5 (5) 7, means you will knit 2 for all sizes, Ssk for all sizes, and then knit 3 for size XS, knit 3 for S, knit 5 for size M and so on.
If instructions have dash in place of stitches, as an example P- (-) - (-) 8, this means those sizes have been finished off.
This project has been completed using Sirdar Jewelspun 80% acrylic and 20% wool yarn in colour Precious. Make sure you have chunky weight yarn before you continue with this project to make sure the gauge and sizing fits as described.
Any composition yarn apart from cotton will work great, including acrylic, wool and blend of both. Some brands besides one mentioned above that would also work great is King Cole Cottagespun Chunky, Rico Creative Chunky or Lang Yarns Cloud Chunky.
