Description
This is the second floral animal I ever designed, a few years ago. I loved the idea of a koala holding a sunflower. It can be made with or without the flower, simply don't make the flower if you want a koala without. Alternatively, it could hold any number of items, I've made a green one before holding a slice of watermelon.
My favourite yarn for this pattern is Parfait Chunky with a 4mm crochet hook and 12mm safety eyes
