Description
Who doesn't love making tiny clothes? These little sweater and headband sets work up quickly and make great gifts for toy collectors. They fit the most common types of Labubu keychains. Both sweaters and headbands are knit flat and seamed at the sides; the neckline and the earholes are made by binding off one row and casting on the next. The Stockinette stitch variation makes a roomier sweater with edges that curl slightly, and the ribbed set is more close-fitting. (Since Labubus have such big heads, you'll have to put the sweaters on feet-first instead of pulling them over the head.) You can use any kind of light or DK weight yarn, but my favorite for these is Lion Brand Bonbons; one mini skein is enough for a sweater and headband set, so a pack of Bonbons can make eight sets! You can make the sweater and headband to match or mix up the colors and styles.
