Hello! This is my first Ribblr pattern, I hope you like it :3

This motif is a lot of fun to make! It is made by crocheting a square first, then building on top with two half circles to create the final heart shape. It's worked in the round at first, then switches to rows for the top sections, with a final border that brings it all together.

The design uses a combo of puff stitches, open lace, and solid rows a fun mix of techniques that keeps things interesting without being too tricky. It's best suited as a standalone piece (like a doily, wall decoration, or gift), since the shape doesn't easily slot into modular projects, unless you're feeling brave with the math!

The pattern was written for one solid colour - however, if you're keen to experiment with multiple colours, you can either fasten off and reattach yarn using the regular slip stitch method, or by using the standing stitch method (my personal fav) to replace the relevant beginning chains.
