This is a watermelon, duh. Not much I can tell you about it as it *is* everwhere. But I bet something you didn't know is that Palestine has been represented as watermelons for the past 75-ish years! If you didn't know this, it's fine I didn't know until about 2-3 weeks ago as I write this pattern (like December) is for Palestine, to show support to me and the injustices their people are facing.
