Description
This slightly drop-shoulder top-down sweater is knitted seamlessly starting from the neckline with the upper body, saddle shoulders, and sleeves all knitted and shaped simultaneously.
In contrast to the simple stockinette stitches on the body, the sleeves are knitted with a beautiful unique lace cable pattern to elevate the texture of the jumper.
The sample sweater used The 12ply Petite Wool from We Are Knitter but any yarn & color would equally suit this sweater.
This is a wonderful knitting project for an intermediate knitter or a beginner who with some experiences and wants a challenge to knit a top down saddle shoulder sweater.
The pattern also provides instructions for both crop version and classic body length with short hem.
The pattern is written with step-by-step instruction, schematic, knitting charts and short row illustration diagram.
Recommended Bust Ease: (2-6)"/(5-15) cm positive ease.
The model in the picture is wearing a size M with approx. 10cm positive bust ease.
Choose Size:
You can choose a sweater finished size with your preferred bust ease, the best way to confirm your chosen size is to use a sweater you currently have and most comfortable with, and find the closest bust size from the pattern.
