Description

This free crochet pattern for my little pug amigurumi is a great project for intermediate as well as seasoned crocheters!

Some of you have asked me for a pug amigurumi tutorial, so here is my version of a little pug. The pattern is accompanied by a video tutorial which you can refer to if you need visual guidance for any of the steps. Please let me know anytime if you have any questions.

Yarns

DK/light worsted weight yarn in beige ( I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Banana Cream)

DK/light worsted weight yarn in brown ( I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Coffee Bean)

Black embroidery floss or black DK/light worsted weight yarn

Hooks

2.5mm / B-1 or C-2 hook

Needles

Yarn needle (preferably with a bent tip)

Large eyed sewing needle (if using embroidery floss for the embroidery)

A small pebble to balance the weight of the head (about 1" long). {If you don't have a small stone simply fill the body with fiber fill and sit the pug on its little butt if the heavy head will make it tip forward.}
