Description
This little sheep is a small flat-backed toy: the head and body are worked as one piece, the curls are crocheted straight onto the head, and the legs are braided from yarn with tiny crocheted hooves. It is quick to make and works as a toy, a keyring, a brooch, or a fridge magnet.
Finished size is about 11 cm (4.3 in) tall, made with a 2 mm hook and sport weight yarn (YarnArt Jeans, cotton 55% / acrylic 45%). Any smooth yarn will work - the toy will simply come out a little bigger or smaller.
The pattern is worked in continuous spiral rounds. It is written for right-handed crocheters and includes step-by-step photos. Skill level: easy - a good small project if you are new to amigurumi.
