Description
This hat is a fun quick design that features a double brim, a Latvian braid and some easy color work for a stunning piece you will want to make again and again. This hat also features multiple charts for a few different looks from one pattern. This pattern is written in US knitting terms.
Hat is made to fit baby, child, adult small and adult large
Head circumference 16",19",21",24"
Gauge: 19 sts x 28 rows = 4" in stockinette st
Materials:
5mm needles circular needles plus spare needle or size needed to obtain gauge
Worsted weight yarn in two colors
MC- 50-100 grams
CC- 25-40 grams
Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Waste yarn
Yarn estimate for the whole hat would be 106 yards-309 yards for all yarn needed
Please note these are yarn estimates and not exact yardage. Most hats can be made from one skein of yarn and this hat uses two colors however you could add as many colors as you want as this hat would make a great stash buster pattern.
