Description
Hi :)!
Thank you for your support!
Before you get started on your maltese puppy here is some information about the pattern:
- the pattern can be worked in either spiral or joined rounds, it's all up to you! the pattern is explained in spiral rounds, so if you chose to do it in joined rounds remember to slt + ch1 at the beginning of every round.
-the pattern contains very minimal sewing so it is beginner friendly.
-the body is worked up from the feet to the head, make sure to pay attention to every single step to ensure you'll get the same results.
-instructions with safety eyes not included because these are made with felt to resemble their cartoon counterparts, but feel free to use safety eyes if you prefer :)!
-try to use a hook that is smaller than recommended for your yarn choice to avoid any gaps.
-when saying "inc 2" it means: perform two increases in the next two stitches, and not perform one inc of two sc in one single stitch.
-when saying "dec 2" it means: perform two decreases in the next four stitches, and not perform one dec of two stitches.
-instructions written in between parenthesis: "( )" are sets of stitches to be repeated x a certain amount of times. I.E: (sc2, inc)x2 means you'll do "sc 2, inc" twice.
-when using brackets: " [ ] " it means that that set of instructions is worked on one stitch only. I.E: [ sc, hdc, sc ] means that all of the three stitches will be worked in one single stitch.
-assembly instructions are included along the pattern to keep on making your puppy as you go!
