My first ever pattern is the grungy-ish mesh finger less gloves. I used scrap yarn to make mine as they are the perfect project for it, using very little yarn and only taking around an 1 to 2 hours to make depending on how fast you crochet. I think this would also be a great project for beginners wanting to make their very first crochet item.
