The pattern starts at the top of the head and works down, incorporating the paws using bobble stitch and the optional belly using colour changes. The ears are crocheted directly onto the body, and the tail can either be crocheted into the body or sewn on separately. A little simple embroidery is required for the stripes, mouth, whiskers and nose. I've provided options for either safety eyes or embroidered eyes. Using DK yarn and a 2.5mm hook, Eggy Kitten reaches a height of approximately 6.5cm.
