Description

This is a pattern for a tiny flapjack octopus! He makes a great keychain or little toy, because he's so small. This pattern barely takes any time, and soon you'll have a whole party of octopi! The flapjack octopus is often incorrectly called a dumbo octopus, but they are 2 different species. Fun fact: the flapjack octopus cannot camouflage! This is because its color, orange or red, isn't visible so deep on the ocean floor, where they live, and red wavelengths aren't visible down there.
