Description
Say hello to Mongo. Mongo is a very colorful character, he loves to hang out with other members of his horde to show off the beautiful red and blue patches on his face (and bottom!) Youll often find him monkeying around making lots of noise.
This is an intermediate level pattern; some crochet knowledge is required. Not recommended for complete beginners, but the pattern does include detailed step by step instructions and pictures to help you.
Using the materials suggested the mandrill measures 17cm tall. Any yarn can be used with this pattern with an appropriate size crochet hook to create a tight tension, although other yarns may affect the size of the finished mandrill. Suggested materials: DK (Light 3) 100% cotton yarn, 2.75mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and 7mm safety eyes.
