Description
The Moss stitch is one of my favourite stitch patterns when knitting. It's such a simple pattern repeat, yet gives a really elegant look to any project. This simple stitch pattern is perfect for beginners, young & old.
The Moss stitch zipper pouch pattern introduces newer knitters to the cable cast on & bind off, as well as to zipper insertion. Links to video tutorials for all of these techniques are included within the pattern.
With instructions given for three different sizes, this zipper pouch can be used for so many things - a pencil case, notions pouch, make up pouch, knitting needle pouch - it's uses are limited only by your imagination!.
You will also need a 25cm, 30cm or 30cm zip (depending on which size you are making), sewing clips, sewing thread in a coordinating colour & optional cotton fabric for lining the pouch
