Small piece of black fabric ( I used an old black t-shirt ). You will need a 4x3 inches rectangle.

Dark t-shirt transfer sheet ( heat transfer ) : here + a printer ( standard ink jet ) + an iron for the tag.

Optional : Craft glue from Elmer‘s
