Make your own Myocyte (Muscle Cell)!
No-sew - worked in one continuous round.

This pattern should be suitable for any type of yarn and any appropriately sized hook.

Using Scheepjes Cahlista yarn and a 4mm hook, the finished myocyte will:
- Use approximately 19 grams (32 metres) of yarn
- Be approximately 4cm high, 14.5cm wide, and 4cm deep
