This pattern should be suitable for any type of yarn and any appropriately sized hook.

Using Scheepjes Cahlista yarn and a 4mm hook, the finished brain cell will:
- Use approximately 8 grams (14 metres) of yarn
- Be approximately 15.5cm high, 8cm wide, and 2.5cm deep
