A no sew octopus pattern using plush yarn, specifically I used Just Chenille from Premier Yarns and a 5mm hook. I also used Adore A Ball from Yarn Bee and a 5.5mm hook. It has two version's one is a normal octopus and the other has ears for an umbrella octopus. This pattern is designed for embroidered facial details including the eyes so it is safe for small children. I didn't like how other patterns required front loop and back loop only stitches to be no sew, so I made my own slightly larger and easier for me no sew octopus. A different yarn and hook size will impact the intended size of the pattern but it is not necessary to use the same yarn.
