This little whale is quick and easy to work up. It uses mainly single crochets throughout as well as some half-double crochets and double crochets for the fins. There is also no sewing involved so is perfect for beginners looking for a new challenge!To create a whale of a similar size to mine I use size 6 Bernat blanket yarn with a 5.5mm hook which usually takes about an hour to make.
