I used size 4 acrylic yarn with a 4.0 mm hook. I worked really well for this pattern! I really enjoyed crocheting this! Low sew, and cute! Lots of variables that can make it very unique such as making legs and arms shorter or longer, eye placement and choice, mouth placement and shape, and arm placement theoretically though I do think that directly to either side looks best for this application. Easy and straight forward pattern with important notes that are really helpful!
Pattern was easy to follow, and this little cutie worked up fast. I had a couple questions for the designer, and they replied quickly when I messaged them. I recommend the designer and this cute pattern for anyone who loves frogs and wants to start their journey with amigurumi. I used a 3.75mm hook, Big Twist neon green yarn #4 weight. Also used safety eyes, not sure what the size was. Pattern did not say if working in rows or continuous rounds, I did the legs and arms in rows then the body in continuous rounds.
