The sweater is constructed by making a front panel and a back panel, joining them at the shoulders and sides, and then crocheting the sleeves from the top down to the wrist. If you are an experienced crocheter, you can simply take the graph provided and adapt it for your preferred way to construct a sweater. It should work as a top down sweater or even worked in the round if you prefer to do that.
