Description
A crochet pattern from Nancy Brown-Designer for a for a lovely pocket scarf.
Here is a pretty and practical winter accessory that requires just a little bit of crochet experience. A generously sized Oodles of Shells Pocket Scarf is crocheted with shells cascading down either side. Starting at the center back, the scarf is crocheted in two pieces. Then the pockets are crocheted and attached with a gently flaring edging as you crochet. The edging completes the shell theme and adds wonderful picots for definition.
Designed for the Intermediate Crocheter and the pattern is for an adult woman, one size fits most. The scarf measures approximately 8" wide and 64" in length.
Crocheted in "Perfection DK" (a DK or light worsted weight yarn) from Kraemer Yarns using U.S. sizes G and H crochet hooks.
