Meet Oswald the River Otter! I was inspired to make this guy after seeing a family of river otters on a small hike one day!

This is an intermediate-advanced pattern. The skills used in this pattern are: color changing, simple embroidery, crocheting pieces together, rejoining a piece with new yarn, and some adjustments to your part (tips included).
