Description
Thank you for looking at my peacock crochet pattern!
In these written instructions and photo tutorial, I show you how to crochet a peacock with an open train of feathers.
Size
The peacock's train of feathers will be about 10.5" wide. The peacock will measure 5" tall (feet to tip of center feather).
If you would like him to be larger or smaller, you can use a different yarn weight and adjust the hook size accordingly.
Construction
The head and body are crocheted in one piece. The beak, wings and train of feathers are sewn on. The eyes and pattern on the feathers are embroidered. The legs and feet are made of craft wire. The tail feathers are reinforced with craft wire.
