Description
This pattern includes instructions for three jar cozies. Each of them is designed to fit a wide-mouth pint jar (approximately 3.25" base) with room left to screw on the top if necessary.
A photo tutorial (lefty AND righty) is included for the trickier bits.
These fun jar cozies have so many uses!
* Keep silverware in easy reach at a picnic or barbecue (plus it looks cute!).
* Use as a table centerpiece with or without the lid, or with flowers in it.
* Keep your hands and surfaces safe while drinking hot or cold beverages.
* Pop in some fairy lights or an electric tea light to provide a little ambiance.
* Crochet hook (and/or knitting needle) storage!
Patterns are arranged roughly in order of difficulty, with Option 1 (red) being an advanced beginner level and Option 3 (blue) being intermediate. These are great projects for practicing your stitches and/or learning new ones, plus they are excellent stash busters!
Techniques used:
* All: working in the round, BLO, hdc
* Option 1 (red): crab stitch
* Option 2 (white): puff stitches, picots
* Option 3 (blue): crossed stitches
I’d love to see your makes! Post on Instagram with the hashtags #picnicjarcozies and #clairdelunefiberart (tag me @clairdelunefiberart)!
Due to the nature of digital patterns, I cannot offer any refunds on them. If you have any issues with this pattern, please email me at clairdelunefiberart@gmail.com and I’ll do whatever I can to help!
