This is an intermediate level crochet pattern that works in both joined rounds (slst and ch1 after each round) and continuous rounds. Before you start, note that:
1. The joined rounds is used only for the base and middle part. Use continuous rounds for the rest.
2. The bobble stitch for the bases uses 5 unfinished dc, while the whipped cream uses 3 unfinished dc.
