Description
This simply knitted scarf falls naturally into a gentle pleat because of the contrast of stitches between its columns. The medium-length color changes here create the visual suggestion of a checkered or tartan pattern, but the scarf looks great in a single color, a marl, or a yarn with long color changes as well. Quick color changes may obscure the horizontal and vertical column contrast, but will still fall into the subtle pleat.
