Description
This is a simple and not very difficult way to try tapestry crochet. It will open up a whole new world to those that have been wanting to give tapestry a go. I have added a chart which provides a visual aid.
The tradition of a poinsettia at Christmas began in 16th century Mexico, where legend tells of a girl who was too poor to provide a gift for the celebration of LA NAVIDAD or the birth of Jesus, and was inspired to sow seeds in front of a church altar. The crimson blossoms that sprouted from the seeds became poinsettias.
