Description
This is a pattern I regularly use myself and as I write this the number of Provence Tops keeps growing in my closet as you can easily style them for different weather and occasions. This design requires some basic crocheting knowledge and only consists of single crochet back loops. It's important for me to create designs that can be worn by all body types so this pattern is made-to-measure!
If you are worried this pattern may be too confusing, do not fret, I have added many pictures to guide you through the process. But if you still have any questions, you can send them to my email!
You will need:
200 grams of yarn (cotton & linen, or acryl, or bamboo) for size M, for size L 250-300 grams, and for size XL - XXL 300-350 grams (I've used Belle by Drops: 8-ply/DK/worsted);
Scissors;
Measuring tape;
A 3.5 mm hook.
Stitches:
sc - single crochet;
ss/sl st - slip stitch;
sc blo - back loop only single crochet;
2 tog sc blo - single crochet two together, back loop only.
Gauge:
2 rows x 4 sc blo (1 cm)
