Description
This sleepy lion is the second design in my Ragdoll Snuggly series.
This pattern can be made using any preferred yarn and does not require a gauge swatch. I feel it is best worked in either 4ply/Fingering 2 weight, DK/8ply/3 weight or 10ply/Medium 4 weight yarn, but may suit other yarn weights.
Instructions have been given for creating the rose patterned fabric (using 4 colours), but as always, you may customise to suit your preferences.
Other notions: Scissors, stitch markers, black embroidery thread/crochet cotton (for nose), yarn and embroidery needles, pins and toy stuffing.
For safety reasons, I have embroidered the eyes and nose. If gifting to an infant or child, please follow your country's standards of safety for children's toys.
