This could be a stash buster if you wanted, or you could use variegated yarn. I used rainbow variegated for this one and I love the ugly-cute color effect. Whichever you do, I would suggest buying yarn one skein at a time unless you want to drop $100+ on a mountain of yarn in a single trip and just leave it there for months on end.
