Materials
Yarns
You only need a small amount of this yarn, about 1/7 of a normal yarn skein. I used Micheal‘s Soft Classic in the color Bright Red. You barely need any of this yarn. I used Micheal‘s Soft Classic in the color Leaf Green. For this yarn, you have to make sure to choose the right color so that it doesn‘t look weird. You don‘t need much, since this is only used to make the feet of the chili pepper. KEEP IN MIND that this yarn is thinner than the other yarns (not by much), but this is really important when making the pattern. I used Lion Brand‘s Skein Tones in the color Truffle. You only need scraps of this yarn, since all you are going to use it for are stitching the eyes on. You also have the option to use safety (or plastic) eyes instead of buying this yarn. However, you will still need to stitch on the smile. I used Micheal‘s Impeccable Solid Yarn in the color Black.
Hooks
For my hook, I used a 3.00 mm hook to keep my stitches nice and tight!
Needles
You only need one needle, doesn‘t matter if its plastic or not. I personally used the plastic one since I lost my metal one.
