Please read the entire pattern before starting. This pattern will be worked in the round, use a stitch marker to keep track of your rounds. There are 2 options for adding the hands and legs. You can crochet them as you go or sew them on at the end. There are also 2 options for adding seeds. Please see the pattern and decide which way you like better. The strawberry is worked from the top down. I included the details for the limbs, stems and flower first for those who like the crochet as you go method. The middle part of the top has an indentation, similar to the real berries. If you like this, make sure to push down on the indentation while stuffing to make sure it doesn't pop up after stuffing. Notes within the pattern will be italicized to help differentiate them from the pattern instructions. Did you know strawberries are part of the rose family? I was surprised to learn this and that's what inspired the name.
