Description
This pattern includes instructions on how to make the Santa Bauble, which is part of the Christmas Baubles Part 1 collection- see the rest of the shop to purchase the full collection together.
One bauble is approximately 10cm long or wide.
Materials required: a pair of 3.25mm straight knitting needles, double knit (DK) wool of your desired colours , tapestry needle to make up, toy stuffing.
Skills required: knit, purl, increase, decrease, cast on, cast off, break and thread, change colour at end of rows, sew seams.
This pattern is of intermediate skill. All pieces are knitted flat using straight knitting needles.

Pattern Notes
Stitch count - at the end of a row containing increase and / or decrease stitches, the number of stitches expected to be on the needle will be stated in brackets
Casting on I recommend using the knitted cast on method
Casting off I recommend using the standard bind off method
Break and thread break the yarn and then pass it through the remaining stitches
Sewing seems use mattress stitch unless otherwise stated
Work flat all pieces are knitted flat using straight needles
Brackets instructions in brackets are to be repeated the number of times stated after the closing of the bracket
