Description
I made this beautiful vest out of Darn Good Yarn's Original recycled sari silk yarn. Made of leftover threads from sari mills, this yarn is a mix of lustrous, vibrant colors. I kept the design of the vest simple to allow the yarn's sheen and texture to show.
Supplies:
US 6 (4 mm) long circular needle
US H8 (5 mm) crochet hook
6 balls Darn Good Yarn's Fair Trade Premium Recycled Silk Sari Yarn
7" (about 18 cm) separating zipper
Sewing needle
Thread to match zipper
Stitch holders and markers (scrap yarn will do)
Weaving needle
Abbreviations:

BO - bind off

pm - place marker

RS - right side
WS - wrong side
