The Seed and Rib Beanie is a design that was inspired by a crochet beanie that I had previously made. I wanted to mimic the similar rib texture but as a knitted version rather than crochet. And thus the Seed and Rib Beanie was created.
Please read through the pattern and all the pages before you start to ensure you are comfortable with all the techniques and instructions in this pattern.
Note: This pattern is knit in the round with 5.5mm (US 9) needles using 12 ply (US Bulky) yarn that consists of 70% wool and 30% alpaca fibre.
If you are unable to source the exact yarn suggested, then it is recommended to find a yarn that shares similar characteristics so that your beanie will be as close to the the pictured beanie as possible.
