You can make the Skull in 3 different sizes:
Big skull use medium size 4 yarn (like Caron Simply Soft) and crochet hook 5 mm.
Medium skull use light size 3 yarn (like Patons Grace cotton) and crochet hook 3.25 mm.
Small skull use crochet thread size 3 and crochet hook 2.25 mm.
