Description
I only make one dessert well. Pie. My chocolate cake turns out like charcoal, my cookies are tough enough to crack a tooth and my decorating skills are non-existent, but pie is where my heart sings. Naturally, the only dessert my family gets served is pie, I wouldn’t subject them to any of my other dessert endeavors. Thus, when I showed my sister this cowl, she must’ve had pie on the brain, and she said it looks like “slats on a pie". Yes, she did mean lattice, but the name stuck and now it is forever slats on a pie .
