This bag is a combination of knitting and crochet, utilizing the stitches SC, and INC for crochet, and K, P, and K2tog for knitting. This bag takes roughly 4-6 hours to complete with the lining. It's the perfect bag for people who just want to sling the basics around; Phone, keys, wallet, lipgloss. The overlocking design of the straps makes it pickpocket proof, and the crochet base makes it sturdy against wear and tear.
This isn't the first time I've made this bag, I made one a long time ago in my pattern-creating youth and used it daily for 4 years, however I never wrote the pattern down and lost the bag somewhere. Lately my life has been in need of a good basic bag that will match all my outfits and hold all of my crap, so I thought to write the pattern down this time. Hopefully you all will enjoy it just as much as I did.
