The Soleil Market Bag is a medium-sized shoulder bag, made entirely of raffia featuring a round shape that almost mimics a basket. When designing it, I really wanted to focus on making something timeless but also functional, which is why I designed the body to have a simple mesh stitch, and why I added the long straps for portability. While I plan on using this bag a lot in the spring and summertime at farmers' markets and the beach, I think it would also make a great errand bag for the fall and even winter. I've also found it to be the perfect size for carrying my next crochet project around with me while I'm on the go.
