Description
This pattern is a fusion between modular crochet logic and the staggered increases method for creating the curvatures, it begins with a simple foundation chain and it's worked in rounds, similar to an oval base, the spaces between the increases and decreases will vary depending on the sector an curvature that you are working.

In the last row you can choose the Pull Loop Through method to join as you go the piece together, or other seaming stitches, just don't recommend any method that creates more space between the sides. It's a very precise pattern, meaning that any variation on the height of the stitches throughout the pattern can interfere in the rest of the surface when joined.

I suggest making the foundation chain in a relaxed way, not too tight, in order to give some room for the extremities of the pattern not squeezing the central parts. So consider the elasticity of the yarn that you're choosing and the hook size, the tension of the foundation chain can affect the overall stretch of the piece.
