Description
Inspired by the stacked stitches made famous by Xandy Peters and the Fox Paws pattern, these stars are an ideal size project to get into this technique.
Using whatever spare yarn you have available makes this pattern a great stash buster. It will make a cute keychain ornament, or hanging decoration by itself. Make a couple and string them together for a starry garland, or stitch two back to back and stuff for a cute amigurumi. Knitted in lace yarn on tiny needles, these stars make delightful earrings. Using super chunky yarn on big needles will make a lovely thick trivet for the kitchen or dining room table. Use your imagination, the sky is the limit!
