Description
This granny "square" variant took me MONTHS to work out! Mostly because I wanted to have six points on the last round and it took me a while to figure out the stitch count AND get it to look like wanted it to. I have left the instructions in a beginner friendly format so that this pattern can be used by anyone out there. Thanks to my testers who helped me tweak and refine the pattern! I'm happy with how it turned out and I think its a fun little twist on the classic. The last round is optional, but it adds a more defined point to the star shape. Without the last round you will still have a lovely hexagon patch. You can use any yarn that you would normally make your squares out of, but I used acrylic DK baby yarn and a DK light yarn. Enjoy!
